Q: Can I track my package online?

Yes, after shipping out your order, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. If you do not receive a tracking number within 2 business days, please contact service@tshirtxy.com. We will gladly confirm your order and provide you with a tracking number.

Q: Where are your goods shipped from?

We have our own cargo in Shanghai and Shenzhen of China, so we shipped your goods from Shanghai or Shenzhen of China. Please rest assured, no matter from any cargo hold, we will ensure that you enjoy the same service.

Q: What are your shipping costs and policies?

Tshirtxy ships worldwide from our warehouse in Shenzhen, Shanghai, China. Orders placed by internet, or email will be shipped within 72 hours. We offer three choice. Free shipping ,Normal shipping and Express. Details:

  • Free shipping method. Over $100.00 on subtotal for free shipping;
  • Normal shipping fee: Basically shipping is $5 for one t shirt order, more than 1 tshirt fee is: add $ 1 each additional;
  • DHL/EMS : Basically shipping is $19 for one tshirt per order, more than 1 tshirt Express shipping fee is: add $ 1 each additional;

Generally, All orders are shipped express mail between 2 business days after confirming transaction.

Q: How do I make a purchase?

Shopping at Tshirtxy is easy: 1. Find your favourite item, click 'Add to Cart' button; and then, this is a pop window show you Item successfully added to your cart ( for British customer, cart same as your shopping basket ) with "Go to checkout"and "Continue shopping" you can clicky Go to checkout your goods right now, or continue shopping more. 2. Q: How will I know you received my order & when will payment be deducted?

After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. Your card will only be debited at time of dispatch. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.

We guarantee that all goods purchased on Tshirtxy will be free exchange from defects in manufacture and workmanship for a period of 3 months. If you have any problems with your purchased items within the warranty period, send it back to us and we will send a brand new replacement back with no questions asked. The only exception is if we discover evidence that the laser has been misused or disassembled.
